What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All our prices quoted have no additional fees, except tips. Limousines are half to book with the balance due day prior, and buses are 50% to book with the balance due 1 week prior. We offer discounts on multi hour (7 hours or more) service minimums. All billing is automated using secure & confidential invoicing system. You can cancel for any reason, just give us at least 1 weeks notice before your event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Get as much information from them as possible, to put them in the right vehicle from our fleet. Then make sure they understand how to book, when they are ready - to guarantee the right vehicle is reserved for them on the correct date and time they need.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

College degree to run my business, defensive driving courses, and of course nationwide FBI background checked, registered Chauffeurs permit Broward County.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked on cars, restored them, had own car dealership. Multi-Unit & Cross Functional Corporate Fortune 100 project management. Now I use my business background and great customer service skills to transport customers from all walks of life, safely and in style!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Proms, graduates, bachelor/ettes, wedding parties, athletes, coaches, media, ambassadors, to retirees, & funerals. We are also authorized transportation services provider for the NFL, and affiliates supporting Super Bowl LIV, Formula 1 Races at Hard Rock Stadium.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

For Orange Bowl New Years Eve in Miami -we were fortunate to have been hired by several groups of Michigan & Georgia Fans! Also hired to transport VIPs to the NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournament 2022 in New Orleans.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take notes, ask questions and if the company you reach out to you is not responsive within few hours, call us!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Most important - how many people are in your party, how many locations do want to you visit and what's your budget?
